Teachers

Teachers have always been essential to the dance industry, not only passing on their physical talents, but also their industry learnings to the younger generation of dance artists. However, being a great dancer doesn't make you a great teacher, and there are some skills to learn and legalities to protect against when becoming a teacher.

We acknowledge the challenges experienced by teachers are very different from that of a dancer, and that not every dancer can, or should, aim to be a teacher.

Our offerings include support specific to setting yourself up as a teacher, the challenges you may face and the protections we recommend getting before starting. By joining THE NETWORK you'll have access to our mailing list and can wait out for the launch of THE MOVEMENT membership, which will have with it much of our support designed specifically for teachers and those training others.
